Is there any ice skating clubs near me?

Me and my best mate are quite interested in ice skating. We want to join a club that's not too expensive and is near, we live near London in England so I suppose this question is useless for Americans. All the ice-skating clubs near us say you need to be in grade four or something to join and we haven't got any grade yet so the club needs to be open for all grades or open for lower grades.
