- flair skirt with tights underneath ( long ones) Sequined shirt.
- Hi! I would say that it depends what you look like, if you are more into a punky gender then obviously black fishnets and a skirt would look great! -But if you have more of a girly look then go for some long pink socks and colorful top+ jacket! Happy Birthday! Hope I helped, xXxCurlZ.xXx
- A skirt is a very good idea for looking cute, but not very convenient for trying to stay warm if you are going to be skating for a few hours. A skirt would work though, if you wore some tight pants on it as a sort of extra-thick tights. Shorts would also work if you had some kind of tight pants, but to be honest, tights aren't going to keep you very warm for long at all. Also, even if you don't plan on falling much, there is always the possibility due a number of reasons (not necessarily your skating skill), and you don't want to be stick in soaking wet tights on the ice. It would be a very good idea to wear a jacket, or even just take it with you if you aren't cold to begin with, just in case you get chilly. A jacket would be a MUST if you aren't wearing a fairly thick sweater or a long-sleeved t-shirt. Don't wear a coat, though, because those will just make too hot after a while, and they restrict your movement quite a bit. If you are planning on doing some more active things like elements of figure skating or hockey, I think you would be fine in short sleeves, but if you aren't doing anything technical, dress warmly. In the end, it's up to you to decide what temperature is most comfortable to you on the ice~! Have fun and happy birthday!!!!!!!! (I'm in Japan, too) :)
- i like the leggings idea im a figure skater that idea will keep you warm & you wont look dorky, when i skate during public(the time you will be skating) i always see people with skirts but no leggings or tights & they get really cold & when they fall there legs get cut up so leggings is a must happy bday :)!!!!!!!!!!
- Wear a skirt - sparkly or plain, any color and a cute, long-sleeved matching top. Underneath the skirt wear jeans or really warm tights. It gets cold on the ice! But don't wear a jacket, wear a sweater instead, that would be so cute! Wear colors like powder blue, white, and charcoal grey 'cause they look good on the ice! =)
