Where is a good place to buy ice skating dresses in PA?

I have 2 weeks to find an ice skating dress for my competition. I have been looking all over the internet but cant find anything that would be here in time for the comp. I want something that is light blue to "match" my music. Does anyone know of a good place in Pennsylvania where i can buy ice skating dresses?
