Is ice skating a good first date?

She likes hockey and knows how to skate, but we never went anywhere out of school together, we r seniors. It is gonna be a double date, there is an indoor ice hockey rink in our town, should we go there?

haha. i think itd be good. just make sure YOU know how to skate. then you could be all like holding hands and skating around the rink. lol. and then after it maybe you can get a quick bite to eat. not too fancy cuz its a first day and what not
It would give you an excuse to hold her hand or her waist. And it's always romantic skating around together alone. Just being able to talk and not have to listen to the hustle and bustle a restraunt would have made if you would have went to one. If you take her out at night it's even more romantic because you can compare her to the stars beauty.
the best first dates for me would be trying to get to know them...talking with them and doing something sweet iceskating and going to the movies and eating food somewhere is a little typical. why not try a park like going to feed some little duckies or something that she will remember other then things she can go do with her mom or dad... trust me this stuff has gotten me far. good luck
